After the death of Zhuang Xiang, Qin Shi Huang became the ruler of Qin Dynasty. When he became the throne, he was a thirteen years old ambitious boy. Until he became twenty-two, he was only a minor. Lu Buwei was in controlled before Qin Shi Huang became the actual ruler. When he first became the ruler, his goal was set already, uniting all dynasties to form one country. To achieve his goal, first thing he did was having control over all the people in his dynasty. In order to do that, the first thing he did was abolishing the feudal system totally and made the administration system of territories. He sent officers who were chosen by the central government into all over China. Each officer rules over certain territory and that officer was ruled by Qin Shi Huang. By doing this, he could have control over everywhere. Moreover, people can be treated equally, making the country for everyone, not only for rich. Not only that, he sent circuit inspectors to look after the local magistrates

China wasn’t called China when it was discovered. It went through many events and disasters to become China today. Before China was formed, it was formed by dynasties. It had many dynasties before such as Hsia, Shang, Chou, Chin, Han and more. Some were successful, however, some weren’t. Each dynasty had a ruler who controlled everything. Some sacrificed everything they had to make their dynasties stronger. However, some weren’t that good of a ruler. I chose to research Qin Shi Huang, who was the ruler of Chin Dynasty [221-206 BCE] and the first emperor of China. He was the person who united China. I believe Qin Shi Huang is the most ideal ruler of China’s history, because his reformation made China so strong. He reformed the feudal system, military, economics, culture, and politic to unify his county.
